Robotics Engineering

Development of robotic systems for industrial automation, surface processing and specialized mechanical operations. Projects integrate mechanical design, motion systems, control architecture and industrial implementation to deliver robust solutions for demanding production environments.

Robotic Roll Grinding Cell

Complete engineering development of a robotic grinding system designed for the automated refurbishment of rolling mill rolls used in the steel industry. The project encompassed mechanical system architecture, kinematic development, parametric 3D CAD modeling, technical component specification, manufacturing documentation, system integration and engineering support through installation and commissioning.

Mechanical CAD Engineering

Parametric 3D development of the complete mechanical system, including structural assemblies, linear and rotary motion mechanisms, grinding units, interfaces, supports, protections and installation components. Each subsystem was developed considering manufacturability, assembly, maintenance, structural integrity and integration with the rolling mill.

Engineering Drawings

Complete manufacturing documentation developed for industrial production, including assembly drawings, detailed components, dimensional specifications, bills of materials and technical information supporting fabrication, assembly and system integration.

Technical Documentation

Comprehensive technical documentation developed to support system installation, operation, maintenance and commissioning. The documentation package included engineering manuals, assembly procedures, technical specifications, equipment identification and operational information required for reliable industrial deployment.

System Integration and Industrial Deployment

Complete integration of the robotic system with the rolling mill, including mechanical interfaces, control system integration, installation support, and commissioning. The final configuration consolidated the developed solution as a fully integrated production unit, designed for continuous operation within the industrial environment.

Multi-Axis CNC Positioning System

Concept study of a multi-axis positioning system for post-machining operations on an injected diesel pump housing. The solution combines an auxiliary positioning mechanism with a conventional CNC rotary axis, enabling the component to be oriented for machining features distributed at different angular positions. The concept consolidates operations that would otherwise require multiple machines and dedicated fixtures into a single flexible positioning architecture.
